WHAT I DO
As a HCPC registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist based in Stirling, my specialisation is helping individuals, regardless of their athletic background, to improve their performance, well-being, and injury rehabilitation. With a range of experience working with athletes, individuals, and coaches, I offer tailored interventions based on evidence-based techniques to support clients in achieving their sporting and fitness goals. If you have any questions about the services I offer or how I can help you with your sporting or fitness goals, please feel free to get in touch.

Sport and Exercise is a bit Mental
It could be argued that the psychological components of sport and fitness have more of an impact on individuals than physical components. Sports and exercise psychology can play a crucial role in optimising both the external and internal aspects of health and fitness. Just like top-level athletes and clubs, many individuals of all fitness levels have found value in sports and exercise psychology in achieving their goals, such as improving motivation, mental resilience, supporting injury rehabilitation, and/or enhancing coaching skills and strategies for coaching staff.
My services are tailored for the individual needs of athletes and non-athletes alike. I am passionate about making sports psychology accessible to everyone. If you're interested in exploring how sports and exercise psychology can benefit you in your sporting or fitness journey, I'm here to help.

ABOUT ME
As a HCPC-registered sport and exercise psychologist (PYL045131), I am passionate about helping individuals achieve their sporting and fitness goals through evidence-based techniques. I have extensive experience with athletes, coaches, and teams across a range of sports—including powerlifting, tennis, athletics, dance, poker, rugby, and football—from recreational to elite levels.

I’ve had the privilege of working with St Mirren’s Academy, where I developed and implemented a psychological support programme for players and staff. I’ve also designed well-being plans for individuals and organisations and provided academic, performance, and well-being support in schools and universities. My background includes a master’s degree in the psychology of sport from the University of Stirling and an undergraduate degree from Abertay University, along with hands-on experience with a Scottish Women’s Premier League team.

My own journey in sport began early, with competitive play at a semi-professional level and coaching experience. I am committed to staying current with the latest research in sport and exercise psychology and strive to provide effective, personalised support for each client.
